    Greetins Bother Spira,
I would like to first thank you for the amazing work you are doing in the community. You are changing many lives, certainly in the youth. And also you keep it real, as in the way you are very accessible and ready to offer help to people.
Today I would like you to talk about the importance of hydration(not just from drinking water) in digestion and assimilation, also different types of water (alkaline, distilled, bottled, tap, moisture in air, etc)
And also what coul lead your system to retain that moisture and hydration for a longer period of time in the body and actually do the work in the cells of distributing minerals, etc.
I know I asked a lot, but I would greatly appreciate it if you covered some aspects of it.
    Thanks professor.

    Also professor,
What are the effects of ejaculation on our health in your opinion, coming from a personal point and mucusless diet point of view?
    Thanks

    Question regarding toast:
I believe Prof Spira mentioned that he used Ezekiel sprouted bread, but it contains gluten, so would not a gluten-free bread be preferred when making toast? I’m guessing its the gluten which gives the bread its glue-ish properties. And also, is it best to use a toaster or to bake the bread in the oven? Thanks.

A lot of people advocate the paleo diet to treat adrenal fatigue cautioning that fruit and carbohydrates stress the adrenals further because of the fluctuations in blood sugar levels. Can you respond to the issue of adrenal fatigue from a MDHS approach?
