How do you deal with salt cravings? i’ve tried dulce and kelp but theyre not as satisfying compared to salt…is salt frowned upon or detrimental on the MDHS?

    Thanks!

    Forgot to add:

Which type of green is best to use in the raw salad to sweep out the impacted waste in the colon? I’ve been using baby spinach, but it seems as if something like kale which is more firm (& consequently probably more difficult to digest) would sweep better…

    Thanks.

Professor Spira is brilliant. The MDHS is so comprehensive and well structured. it addresses almost all issues to allow it to be feasible and practical.
coming from raw perspectives I had to relinquish due to lackof knowledge we were basically on our own because there was no structured system and focus was strictly raw and mucus raw.
