Hello Professor Spira! I hope all is very well!

How would a typical two days fast enemas would look like?

I suppose the previous day one does not have the last meal / salad so that colon is freer for first enema in the morning after a bowel movement, right? Then sips of water or lime water throughout the day and extra rest/sleep. And another enema before retiring. Next day the same (enema in the morning), fasting during the rest of the day and the day one breaks the fast having a salad early around 4 pm for having a bowel movement before going to bed?

    Hey Pro. Spira

    Peace and love from Dimitri…

Can you please talk about over-eating while on a 100% whole fruit diet? I’ve been on it for a couple of months. I didn’t make any huge jump, like from SAD straight to 100% fruit. Was already all raw, and very low on mucus. The last thing I quit was houmous and halva (both sesame products, check peas too.) Also, about 10 days into eating just fruit, I also stoped making smoothies. I’ve having them whole, and almost always one kind at a time (mono).

I dont have any craving. I mean I dont miss anything. I’m happy and managing to socialize too (green tea when Im forced into a pub or cafe!.)

However I have days that I eat tons of fruit. Also when I got out of the smoothies, I got addicted to dates. That is gone now. So I’m only worried about the amounts that I’m comsuming…

peace and love, I hope you have the chance to talk about this

    Hey Pro. Spira,

I would love to hear some wisdom on kidney filtration. (Your experiences with how long it took for them to turn on and start filtering, importance of kidney filtration in contrast to cleaning out the intestines. The consistency with the amount of sediment in the urine, and certain possible (if any) things that could speed up or slow down that kind of elimination ect. I also enjoyed that short improv piece you did in one of the Q&A’s and was thinking it would be a cool and fun intro to do a few minutes of improv prediscussion to help stimulate the minds of, and promote fluidity of the listeners and those discussing. Looking forward to a another great Q&A tomorrow. Thanks, and peace.

    Hey Spira.

Six months ago I went straight from a high grain vegan to fruits only, but now I’m starting to become comfortable with the idea of the transition and I want to step back from my all raw fruit diet (which has been a juice fast for a few weeks now because of my teeth) because I want this to be a more balanced journey.

At what level of eating do you think someone could plateau, by which I mean, be safe from inflammation and intestinal and lymphatic congestion? Do you think a mucus lean raw til 4 style diet would be a comfortable place for a body to rest, or can that level of eating still lead to illness?

    • Joseph Procida says:

To clarify here – I want to know if serious conditions such as appendicitis would still be avoided on mucus lean raw til 4 – if that level of eating will keep the body from becoming that inflamed and congested.

      • Denisse says:

Joseph, I know you asked Professor about this. Just my inout based on hundreds of people who have contacted me after rt4 all with issues as those starches huge amounts they promote are simply unhealthy. Among their issues there was high triglycerides, high cholesterol, and/or liver (even in skinny subjects); severe acne, overweight…. All as a result of overeating starches and promoted processed products their rt4 staples, such as corn pasta, sushi rice (glue), potatoes (not recommended by Ehret), etc etc etc Not to mention the stuffing/overeatinf of fruit too! Including refined items like coconut sugar on top of fruit smoothies…. You are better off with Ehret’s transition plan of cooked starchless vegetables with the salad, which is way more effective and safer. Juices only don’t do it as they don’t have the fiber (broom) for removing the dissolved waste by the fruit.

        • Joseph Procida says:

Yikes…I think I was not clear enough by what I meant. I meant a mucusless or very mucus lean diet with some cooked meals.

          • Denisse says:

Got it! During transition it is ok to include cooked starchless vegetables with the salad (last meal of the day) but always with moderation. Never overeating. It makes sense that if fruit is a waste dissolver, one wants a waste remover (broom) afterwards, not a glue… Anyways, you are in the best hands with Professor Spira! Success!

    Hey Pro. Spira.

I love all you do, I am a huge fan of you and Arnold Ehret. I have a few quick questions. Can you talk about in Ehrets books he talks about thing such as starch and grains are white and make a pasty slime, which in turn makes our complexion pasty and pale. Can you talk about any transformations you have seen from people in their complexions and talk about this briefly? Also, can you talk about how to overcome hunger pains, they are so hard to overcome! Thank you and Peace!

Hey Prof Spira & Bro Tony, greetings from London! In your experience, what were the best ways of dealing with/getting through eliminations (emotional, physical, etc) you had at the beginning stages of your transition? Also, how long had you been practising before you started talking about/mentioning the system amongst friends and family? Thanks

Thank you, I now have a better idea of where to reach to balance out the detox. I was hoping it would come across that way and not that I was asking for permission to eat mucus lol!

Oh and it tickled me to hear more of the culture discussion. I can’t get enough of that.
