Prof. Spira learned of Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System from Brother Air in 2002 and the information profoundly changed his life. By 2003 he'd lost over 110 pounds and cured many ailments including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, allergies, and chronic cases of bronchitis. In 2004 he and Brother Air formed the Breathairean Ensemble which would act as a support system for its members as they pursue superior health. Prof. Spira believes that Ehret uncovered the solution for chronic human illness which consists of eliminating pus and mucus-forming foods from one's diet followed by a transition to mucus-free fruits, green-leaf vegetables, and fasting.

The people just finding out about the Mucusless Diet Healing System NEED this – people like me… even after years on a raw transition we need to know it’s OK to transition any way that we can.

Spira’s annotated notes and the supplemental materials he provides are so helpful! His humor and easy-to-understand explanations make me feel like I’m actually sitting in his classroom! I love that I can easily stop and start the eCourse as my schedule allows.

Love the course Prof. Spira! I just got to the recipe and cooking. It’s so well put together and informative.I’m finding the course so helpful. I studied the system for a long time and with the course combined, it puts all the missing pieces together.
