Prof. Spira’s MUCUS-FREE LIFE PODCAST – How to See or Listen to the Podcast

On June 1, 2019, I started a weekly podcast. The format is similar to my old radio show, which included casual & fun conversations, interviews of movers and shakers in the mucus-free community, mucus-free analysis of current events and news, random calls from listeners, humorous segments such as “Bizarro World Headline News,” and more. We do not yet have a specific day and time when the podcast broadcasts live, but I’m committed to releasing or broadcasting the show at least once a week.

My hope is that the podcasting format will continue to inspire and support current practitioners of the Mucus-free Lifestyle, while drawing in new listeners that find the show interesting. Thus far, ratings and engagement for the new podcast have been great, and I’m working to improve and refine the show every week!

Prof. Spira learned of Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System from Brother Air in 2002 and the information profoundly changed his life. By 2003 he'd lost over 110 pounds and cured many ailments including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, allergies, and chronic cases of bronchitis. In 2004 he and Brother Air formed the Breathairean Ensemble which would act as a support system for its members as they pursue superior health. Prof. Spira believes that Ehret uncovered the solution for chronic human illness which consists of eliminating pus and mucus-forming foods from one's diet followed by a transition to mucus-free fruits, green-leaf vegetables, and fasting.
