Greetings Friend!

My name is Prof. Spira and I have practiced the Mucusless Diet Healing System for the past 10 years. I first learned of this great healing system from Brother Air (aka Willie Smart Jr.) in 2002 and by 2003 I’d lost over 110 pounds and cured many ailments including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, allergies, and chronic cases of bronchitis. Ehret’s works have allowed me to experience a new level of freedom and vitality and I look forward to sharing my insights of this great Healing System and lifestyle with you on this site.

Prof. Spira

Prof. Spira learned of Arnold Ehret's Mucusless Diet Healing System from Brother Air in 2002 and the information profoundly changed his life. By 2003 he'd lost over 110 pounds and cured many ailments including chronic migraine headaches, lower back pain, allergies, and chronic cases of bronchitis. In 2004 he and Brother Air formed the Breathairean Ensemble which would act as a support system for its members as they pursue superior health. Prof. Spira believes that Ehret uncovered the solution for chronic human illness which consists of eliminating pus and mucus-forming foods from one's diet followed by a transition to mucus-free fruits, green-leaf vegetables, and fasting.

Spira’s annotated notes and the supplemental materials he provides are so helpful! His humor and easy-to-understand explanations make me feel like I’m actually sitting in his classroom! I love that I can easily stop and start the eCourse as my schedule allows.
