hi spira,
thanks for doing these live meetups – i’m not on social media so really appreciate it. here are some questions for yourself and others in the meetup:
1. hummus and beans – i’ve found both essential to transitioning off a S.A.D. but Really Addictive. especially hummus, and in general, CHICKPEAS out of the various types of beans. i do eat these with greens, but often end up not using them “sparingly”, and often find myself eating more beans than greens … ! i’m curious as to whether this is just my physiology or if others have had a similar experience with beans (esp. chickpeas)/hummus – what has been yours/others experience?
2. distilled water – can’t find this in shops (uk), europe/uk practitioners – aside ordering online, where do you get your distilled water? and what do you do for enemas when you can’t get hold of distilled water?
thanks

I would like to hear if you guys experienced Ehret’s purgatory in the first months, the way he describes poison in your system, and if the way Ehret died makes people neglect the diet
