What is PUS?

PUS: from late 14 century deriving from the Latin “pus” (related to puter [putrid] “rotten”), from Proto-Indo-European*pu- compared to Sanskrit. puyati “rots, stinks,” putih “stinking, foul,” perhaps originally echoic of a natural exclamation of disgust.

Pus often refers to a thick white, yellowish, yellow-brown, or greenish opaque viscid liquid produced by suppuration and found in decomposing tissue, sores, etc., consisting of a liquid plasma in which dead blood cells are suspended.

It also refers to the substance that dead animal flesh is chemically changed to after being consumed or while rotting. Thus, the ingestion of meat and dairy products create pus residue in the body.

When eaten, animal products such as meat, dairy, and eggs, decompose into, and create, excess pus residue in the body.

Many mistakenly believe that the presence of pus is only the result of the body responding to infection caused by bacteria or fungi.

Yet, perhaps since many believe pus-forming substances to be necessary food-stuffs, the body’s natural effort to eliminate accumulated waste from pus-forming foods is not considered or understood.

Cooked or raw pus-forming foods are some of the most dangerous and debilitating things that humans can eat. They have absolutely no ‘nutritious’ or sustaining power, and when eating they over-stimulate the body. This ‘stimulation’ is then mistakenly believed to be ‘energy’ or ‘vitality.’

Arnold Ehret on pus:

“More than fifty years ago, the most prominent pioneers of Naturopathy said: ‘Every disease is foreign matter—waste.’ I said, twenty years ago, and repeat it again and again, that most of these foreign matters are paste produced from wrong foods, decomposed—to be seen when it leaves the body as mucus. Meat decomposes into pus.” (Mucusless Diet Healing System)

ALBUMEN: Originally used to refer to the “white of an egg,” deriving from Latin albumen lit. “whiteness,” from albus “white.” It is a class of simple, water-soluble proteins that can be coagulated by heat and are found in egg whites, blood serum, milk, and many other animal and plant tissues. Albuminous refers to something consisting of, resembling, or containing albumen. See PUS.

Arnold Ehret on albumen:

“Metabolism, or the “science of change of matter,” is the most absurd and the most dangerous doctrine-teaching ever imposed on mankind. It is the father of the wrong cell theory and of that most erroneous, albumen theory, which latter theory will kill and stamp out the entire civilized Western world if its following is not stopped. It will kill you, too, some day, if you fail to accept the truth that a continual albumen replacement is unnecessary, and that you cannot gain vitality, efficiency and health by protein as long as your human “engine” has to work against obstructions, which are in fact the cause of death of all mankind of the western civilization.” (Mucusless Diet Healing System)
