In reference to humans being breatharians, what makes us different from other animals in that way, or do you believe that other animals should naturally live on air also? Furthermore, I understand the idea of it being a so-called “sin” to eat to suppress emotions or to eat what might cause obstructions, but when done from a positive standpoint (not to suppress) what is the difference between eating for pleasure and playing games for pleasure or music for pleasure? Isn’t it more about the context than the activity? Isn’t part of our nature as physical beings to engage in the physical reality?
Great question. I have thought about similar things.

How exactly are all fats acid forming? I didn’t see a good explanation of this claim by Ehret. I know some people have problems with fats after long periods of not eating them, but how can you be sure that it’s because you’re so clean rather than that your body is not accustomed to processing fats? Why is the assumption that the human body can only run on one specific type of chemistry and that any adaptation to another type of chemistry is illness?

Hey Prof Spira, I really need for you to address this issue. You said you went to Ohio state University, I know you have heard of Penn State and their annual fundraiser called thon. I am from harrisburg pa, about 1.5 hours from Penn state, This year they raised over 13 million and collectively over the years they raised 127 million. And the commercials you seen on tv for St Judes getting millions to find the “cure for cancer”. I dont want to sound arrogant, but dont people realize after all the years of millions raised they havent even come close to a “cure”? Why is there places like dr Morses clinic with 85% rate for sucess of any type cancer you can imagine and people outside who know dr morse have NEVER heard of them? What would happen if Dr. Morse and you brought this information to the world? Have you ever been suppressed with giving this information? I also wanted to know if you had success with “cancer” cases? Sorry for making so long, I have one more thing to ask. I am a college student right now, I believe it is my a duty to help those who are in poor health and bring this info to as many as I can. I want to start my own clinic/health coaching but I am worried of the financial aspects of getting people to work with you. May I ask was/is it a struggle financially to start your own health coaching site right after college? Did you have to find other jobs to support your income while your online website grew? The world needs to know this information. Thank You, Peace and Blessings

I know that Phytic Acid is no good (as it blocks mineral absorption).
BUT, if we do want to eat some legumes, are we supposed to soak, sprout, boil ?
or is soaking and boiling enough?
it always seems pointless to spend all this time to sprout them if we are just going to boil them !
